Egg Pasta & Gnocchi Course

Learn how to make egg pasta and gnocchi from scratch on The Good Life Farm in Kyneton, Victoria. Claire has made thousands of batches of pasta and gnocchi that she sells at local Farmers’ markets. She can make it in her sleep. Feedback from the farmers’ markets has been excellent!

In this two hour egg pasta and gnocchi making course, you will use ingredients including our tasty The Good Life eggs, locally grown potatoes and Central Victorian stone ground flour, that we have micro-milled locally. This flour is made from heritage wheat that retains natural oils and has added nutrition compared to regular flours.

At the end of the course, enjoy lunch made from your efforts.

Notes: No minimum numbers are required to run this course. If you need to bring kids along, please contact us first. Wear protective shoes and bring a healthy appetite.

Refund Policy: Courses need to be pre-paid. A full refund will be provided if cancelled 24 hours or more prior. If cancellation is less than 24 hours prior, no refund will be provided however you can change your booking to a future date.
