The Good Life Farm Pasta
Our Good LIfe Farm egg pasta is tasty and nutricious. We make our wholesome pastured pasta right in front of you at farmers’ markets, in 100g increments. Claire has become quite the expert at making pasta, perfecting the recipe using our free range pastured eggs and Central Victorian stone ground flour, that we have micro-milled locally.
This flour is made from heritage wheat that retains natural oils and has added nutrition compared to regular flours.
We also handmake gnocchi to order, using locally grown potatoes.
